Catalog description

This course is designed to explore the nursing metaparadigm's concept of culture, developing the student's ability to observe, engage and connect with a culture other than a student's own. The students will learn how to, with beginning proficiency, assess and explore their own cultural biases in order to better understand both their and other culture's nuances, values, and beliefs.
