Catalog description
Study of depictions of Christ and Christ-figures as well as other Christian motifs in film. This course will provide a detailed introduction to the characteristics of the Christ-figure and its most common manifestations in film. The class will focus on viewing and evaluating films containing Christian motifs such as redemption, sacrifice, sin and faith.
