Catalog description
Introduction to semiconductor electronic device theory and applications. Topics include ideal and non-ideal operational amplifiers, diodes, field-effect transistors (FETs), and bipolar-junction transistors (BJTs). Two lecture hours and one two-hour laboratory or recitation per week. Prerequisite: EGEE-2010 Circuits. (Fee $100)
