Catalog description
Emphasizes chemical, ecological, and hydrological fundamentals in order to solve environmental engineering problems related to water quality, air pollution, solid and hazardous waste management, sustainability, and risk management. Experiments in water, soil, and air quality and chemistry will be performed. Prerequisites: CHEM-1050 Chemistry for Engineers or CHEM-1110 General Chemistry I; EGCE-2410 Civil Engineering Materials. (Fee: $100)
