For non-science majors, an introduction to fundamental concepts in chemistry including atomic theory, ionic and covalent bonding, chemical reactions, kinetics, solutions, equilibria, nuclear chemistry, organic chemistry and biochemistry. Three lectures and one laboratory per week. (Fee: $50)
