Catalog description

Senior theater majors are invited to apply to pursue a Senior Capstone in Theater. Students will work on a production in an assigned role/position depending upon their skill sets as developed through training and experience. Areas available for a Senior Capstone in Theater will vary from year to year but may include acting, design, stage management, directing, playwriting, producing, technical theater, and dramaturgy. Students will enroll in THTR 395 in both the fall and spring semesters of their senior years, and the details of their specific captones will be provided by the advisor and as dictated by the production on which the student will be working. Acceptance to the Senior Capstone in Theater is available only through applications. Details about the application process are available on the department website and from faculty members. Counts as a Capstone Project course.
