Catalog description

Through lecture, discussion, readings, videos, small group projects, and embodied research, students will do a deep dive into how to approach and work on a play. This class will be delivered in three modules, each taught by a different theater professor. This course will be taught in the classroom/studio and will include guest artists, group discussions, pre-class readings, video presentations, performance practices, reflection writings, small group projects, and a final culminating presentation - written and/or performed.
