Seminar in Gerontological Studies

Catalog description

This interdisciplinary seminar is designed to help students integrate major themes and theories in gerontology. Students will present a topical area relative to the field of aging and explore literature from a multi-disciplinary research perspective. Students will develop a final project using knowledge gained through community observation, critiques of research studies, and application of gerontological theories. Offered as GERO 498 and NURS 498 . Prereq: Graduate Nursing student.
