Catalog description

In this course, students will develop knowledge and competencies in applying key concepts of population-based health, including public health nursing, social determinants of health, and epidemiology to care for individuals, families, communities, and populations. Through classroom experiences, students will discover strategies to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate population-focused programs. Prereq: NURS 330 .
