This is the first of two courses which will introduce the basic principles of pharmacology and pharmacotherapeutics. This course will discuss the characteristics and use of major drug classifications with an emphasis on nursing implications. Prereq: BIOL 117 , CHEM 119 , and NURS 122 . Coreq: NURS 230 .
