This course focuses on research methodology, how to critically interpret the research literature, and communicating nutrition information to both peer and lay audiences. The course format incorporates lectures, lab sessions where students apply what they have learned, long and short form written assignments, and an oral presentation. Counts as a Disciplinary Communication course. Prereq: Declared Nutrition or Nutritional Biochemistry and Metabolism major and sophomore standing.
