This course prepares students to successfully execute client-based capstone projects by equipping them with the tools, frameworks, and professional practices needed to deliver high-impact consulting engagements. Students will learn how to interpret organizational context, define project scope, conduct rigorous research, and develop actionable recommendations. Through hands-on exercises, and client interaction simulations, students will gain experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic analysis, project planning, and change management. The course culminates in the creation of a comprehensive sample client deliverable, including a final report, implementation roadmap, and executive presentation.
