Catalog description

Leaders shape organizational culture in ways that either fuel or frustrate innovation. This course explores how culture operates across industries and organizational types -- corporations, startups, nonprofits, healthcare, and civic organizations -- and how leaders intentionally influence culture to enable innovation. Students will engage with key frameworks, analyze cases, and apply lessons through interactive simulations. The course culminates in a four-day immersion experience, including site visits to Cleveland-area organizations and dialogues with senior leaders. Students will integrate their insights into both team and individual deliverables, preparing them to lead in dynamic and innovative environments.
