This course provides an in-depth exploration of how businesses can integrate sustainability into their core strategies to create long-term value while addressing pressing environmental and social challenges. Students will examine various sustainable business models and learn how companies can leverage these models to drive innovation and competitive advantage. The course will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of how these concepts can be applied in real-world business scenarios. Through case studies and practical examples, students will explore how leading companies have successfully implemented sustainability strategies, engaged stakeholders, and measured their sustainability performance. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the tools and frameworks necessary to develop and implement effective sustainability strategies within organizations. Prereq: Enrolled in Full-time MBA program.
