This course explores strategy as an active, organization-wide process of alignment, collaboration, and meaningful conversation rather than a static plan. Students will examine frameworks for strategic positioning, inquiry-based approaches, and system-wide engagement while applying concepts through two field projects. Prereq: Enrolled in the Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Change (MLOC) program.
