Catalog description

The objectives of this course are to: Develop the capacity to see and assess team development. Recognize and understand the characteristics of effective teams and groups. Practice observing, intervening, and using team skills. Facilitate integration of your unique perspective, skills, and talents in working with teams. Further prepare you to be an effective team leader, team facilitator, consultant to team leaders and team members. This is part one of a two-part course. Prereq: Enrolled in the Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Change (MLOC) program.
