Environmental Law Practicum

Catalog description

The Environmental Law Practicum is a hands-on experience working with clients alongside students in the Environmental Law Clinic. Students will have the opportunity to meet with clients, draft legal memoranda and documents on environmental law topics for clients, and learn practical skills, from litigation-based strategies to negotiation to advising. Students will have a seminar once per week and meet weekly with the Director of the Environmental Law Clinic for each client they have been assigned.
