Transactional Drafting Fundamentals

Catalog description

This course is intended to supplement students' understanding of contract language, providing a more in-depth and practical look at what it means to advise clients on transactions and to structure and create contractual obligations between parties entering into business relationships. While this course is not meant to mimic a full 3- or 4-credit hands-on transactional drafting experience, it is instead an opportunity to explore and create the type of contractual work students will experience while advising business clients in practically any industry.
