Catalog description

Government procurement law continues to interest policymakers, corporations, and legal employers in part because the total value of active federal contracts under administration exceeds several trillion dollars. This is a survey course covering many issues involved in the formation and administration of federal contracts. Subjects covered include contract formation, bid protests, contract interpretation, changes, requests for equitable adjustment, claims, and contractor responsibility, including suspension and debarment.
