Catalog description

The course is designed to provide an overview of both the breadth and depth of environmental law in the United States. There will be study of environmental statutes as well as other legal remedies and doctrines that apply to addressing real world environmental problems. Students will be expected to navigate current environmental problems and issues through in-class problem sets. Guest speakers will also be invited to speak on topics of current interest.
