In this course, students will 1) increase their substantive and practical knowledge of the access to justice issues facing low-income individuals and the Ohio rules on the unauthorized practice of law; and, 2) take part in a user-centered legal design process to add new ChatBot and LiveChat functionality to Ohio's statewide legal help portal, www.OhioLegalHelp.org.
