Catalog description

This course examines the legal framework, structure, decision-making, financing and functioning of global international organizations, with a focus on their role in shaping and interpreting legal principles and contributing to international dispute resolution. The course focuses on the United Nations Security Council, the United Nations General Assembly, the International Court of Justice, the U.N. Human Rights Council, the WTO, Interpol, and the International Criminal Court.
