Catalog description

This course is a survey of some of the foundational texts underlying modern economic thought. You should come away from this course with a deep understanding of economic viewpoints, as well as an understanding of the evolution of the thinking underlying economics from the Mercantilist era onward. Counts as a Communication Intensive course. Prereq: Academic Inquiry Seminar (AIQS) or SAGES First Seminar.
