Catalog description
This course will introduce students to the concepts of green infrastructure planning and design, impacts on the water cycle, water treatment mechanisms occurring within green infrastructure practices, regulatory drivers, and co-benefits and potential negative impacts on society or the environment. Students will examine case studies and develop concept plans for green infrastructure. Recommended Preparation: Basic Chemistry. Offered as ECIV 363 and ECIV 463 . Prereq: ECIV 351 or Requisites Not Met permission.
