Catalog description
Application of fluid statics and dynamics to Civil Engineering Design. Hydraulic machinery, pipe network analysis, thrust, hammer, open channel flow, sewer system design, culverts, flow gauging, retention/detention basin design. Applied hydrology, hydrograph analysis and hydraulic routing will also be introduced. Recommended Preparation: ECHE 225 .
