Catalog description

This course provides family business owners, future leaders, and advisors with a comprehensive roadmap for ensuring the successful transition, stewardship, and unity of family enterprises across generations. Participants will explore the essentials of shareholder transition planning, estate and trust structures, and the impact of taxes on family wealth. The curriculum goes beyond technical knowledge, delving into the critical "family glue" factors--traditions, shared experiences, and communication--that sustain family harmony and commitment to the enterprise.
