Catalog description

This course provides a foundational understanding of information security principles and their application in business environments. Students will explore critical concepts, strategies, and technologies used to protect organizational data and systems. Emphasis is placed on understanding cybersecurity risks, implementing best practices, and navigating regulatory requirements. The course prepares students to identify, assess, and manage information security challenges in real-world business contexts. Prereq: MIDS 301 .
