Case Western Reserve University · UGRD · Fall 2026
Catalog description
This course provides students with hands-on experience in the realms of clinical ethics. The specific placement for each student will be determined based on a discussion with the student regarding their interests and the availability of placements at specific agencies during the semester in question. The practicum requires that each student dedicate 80 hours to their practicum placement, in addition to time in class and individual meetings with the instructor. The focus of the 80 hours is to be determined by the supervisor at the practicum placement together with the course instructor and may include, but is not limited to, research, writing, and observation of specified activities. Prereq: Enrolled in the Graduate Certificate in Clinical Ethics program. Prereq or Coreq: BETH 422 .
