This capstone examines core administrative and clinical competencies while preparing students for national certification and entry-level employment. Students integrate prior learning through case-based review and practice assessments, emphasizing accurate documentation, patient care workflows, professional communication, and legal and ethical standards. Focus areas include test-taking strategies, focused review of weak areas, and job readiness such as resume refinement, interview practice, and building a professional profile.
