Catalog description

This course provides instruction and practice in the areas of critical thinking, problem solving and use of research as a problem-solving tool. Course objectives are addressed through problem-solving methodologies, critical analysis of information, cooperative learning, and research strategies. The course also assists students in identifying and articulating the skills necessary to be successful academically and professionally. Ethical and values considerations are included within the critical-thinking and problem-solving framework. This is an online course.
