Catalog description
This course presents professional vocational nursing concepts and the nursing process as they apply to well and infirm clients. Students learn accurate calculation of oral and parenteral drug dosages for medication administration as well as the basic nursing skills necessary to create and maintain a hygienic, comfortable, safe patient environment through the use of laboratory and clinical experiences.
