This theory and lab course examines the anatomical, physiological, and pharmacological aspects of the administration of local anesthetics and nitrous oxide-oxygen sedation, including the prevention and management of emergencies. Laboratory and pre-clinical activities emphasize local anesthetic injection techniques and the safe administration of nitrous oxide.
