Catalog description

This course addresses the daily operation of the dental office and explores basic chair-side assisting, charting, infection control and OSHA regulations. Students are introduced to dental office equipment and principles of four- handed dentistry, including materials and instrumentation. Emphasis is placed on step-by-step procedures and the function and care of the dental operatory.
