Catalog description
This course will provide an examination of accounting fraud and explore ethical practices as they apply to companies. Students will gain an understanding of the most common and frequently used methods of accounting fraud and how they may be used to misstate a company’s financial position. Students will examine the ethical dilemmas of fraudulent organizations and explore how individuals justify their unethical behavior. This is an upper division online course.
