Cultural Diversity and Healthcare

Catalog description

This course provides students with an understanding of cultural diversity and cultural competence by examining cultural beliefs, values, and attitudes influencing healthcare delivery systems. Projects will provide students with a deeper understanding of healthcare practices and the delivery of care for individuals, groups, and communities. A minimum grade of C is required to pass this course.
