Clinical Education II

Catalog description

This full-time clinical experience allows students to apply therapeutic treatments learned in the classroom within a real- world clinical setting. Under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, students will practice and refine their clinical skills, progressively taking on more responsibility as their abilities develop. Having successfully completed the didactic portion of the curriculum, students will work toward achieving safe and competent entry-level PTA skills by the end of this experience. The specific skills practiced will vary based on the clinical site. semester four PTA classes.
