Catalog description

This lab course provides hands-on experience in the promotion of oral health and prevention of oral diseases in the community. Emphasis is placed on the understanding of the healthcare system and developing an objective view of the significant social, political, cultural, and economic forces driving the system. This course advances the concepts addressed in the Community Dental Health Lecture course.
