Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to provide learners the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills in administrative oversight of a simulation program. Topics include finances (capital and operations), policy and procedures, strategic planning, managing resources, personnel, equipment, and space, accreditation standards, scheduling, usage statistics, and return on investment/return on value.
