Introduction to Radiation Therapy Procedures

Catalog description

This course provides an overview of radiation therapy principles and procedures. Emphasis is placed upon the organization of healthcare systems and the delivery of cancer care. Topics include healthcare and program policy, professional responsibility, multi-disciplinary cancer care, historical aspects of radiation therapy and principles of treatment set-up and delivery. Co-requisites: RTT 215, 220, 230, 240.
