Catalog description

This course provides a study of neoplastic disease development and related treatment strategies. Emphasis is placed upon integration of treatment for various neoplasms and related anatomical regions. Topics will include mechanisms of cancer development, progression, detection, and diagnosis. Students will also gain an understanding of treatment options available with emphasis upon radiotherapy treatment delivery. (Pre-requisite: RTP 400)
