Transition to Baccalaureate Nursing

Catalog description

This course introduces students to baccalaureate level competencies for elevating one's practice and supporting professional growth. Students will evaluate current practice, incorporate theories and models, nurture self-care, and establish a foundation for progressive competency in the RN to BSN program. The course will offer interactive learning opportunities to examine the dynamic landscape of health systems and the pursuit of excellence in patient care delivery through leadership, collaboration, nursing scholarship, and professional identity.
