Catalog description
This is a clinical/lab/practicum course designed to assist the student in synthesizing a holistic collaborative approach to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate outcomes of care for patients across the lifespan. The course emphasizes the core components of human flourishing, nursing judgment, professional identity and spirit of inquiry in providing care for groups of patients with complex or multiple health problems in a variety of settings by working with an individually assigned staff RN in assuming the roles of the Associate Degree Nurse within the discipline of nursing.
