Catalog description

The mammography practicum is designed for the ARRT registered Radiologic Technologist to advance their knowledge and skill within the modality of mammography. Clinical emphasis will continue to develop and demonstrate competency in the performance of mammography procedures and patient care skills. Patient safety concerns are addressed throughout the class as it relates to radiation safety and an overall emphasis on patient care.
