Capstone Course in Sociology

Catalog description

This course is designed to provide flexible opportunities for students to explore career paths appealing to graduates of sociology, social work, and criminal justice programs. Students will participate in a career-day event, wherein they meet with a panel of professionals with careers specifically tailored to their intended future trajectories; attend presentations by experts in a range of topics designed to facilitate future success; and choose from a variety of options to maximize career-readiness in their chosen field.
