Catalog description

Credentialing is one way to mark the minimum standards of competency and quality. There are various measures of competency used to assess an interpreter’s qualifications. Course content will provide an overview of the interpreting certification issues and a discussion of contemporary perspectives and the relevant national and state laws related to credentialing.
