Catalog description

This course is an intermediate study of American Sign Language. Instructional activities are designed to improve the student’s expressive and receptive signing skills. Additionally, students will strengthen their knowledge of basic sentence structure and grammar, Conversational Skills skills, and culturally appropriate behaviors. Special focus is given to the use of space, expressions of time, activities, and storytelling.
