Guidance in the development and writing of a prospectus for the PhD Dissertation. The course focuses on selection of a research topic, development of a rationale for the research, and outline of the presentation, and a projected bibliography. The document is submitted to the student's dissertation committee chair after the completion of RES895 Research Design and Procedures.
