Catalog description

This course presents an investigation of theories and advanced principles to explain motor behavior. Students will be introduced to the psychological factors underlying motor skill acquisition and performance with examination of the developmental process by which humans acquire and refinemotor skills. The course objectives place an emphasis on factors that practitioners should consider when diagnosing, designing, and assessing physical activity learning experiences.
