Catalog description

This master’s-level course enhances advanced understanding and practical skills in organizational communication. Students explore how communication affects organizational effectiveness, culture, change, and stakeholder relationships, and learn to create communication plans based on evidence and strategic goals. Key components include situation analysis, audience and stakeholder assessment, communication objectives, message framing and development, channel and dissemination strategies, and methods for measurement and evaluation. The course emphasizes producing clear, professional communication deliverables that support organizational objectives in real-world situations.
