This course enhances master’s-level skills in strategic planning by exploring how an organization’s vision, mission, and strategic goals influence leadership decisions and long-term success. Students will examine how leaders align strategy with organizational purpose, resources, stakeholder needs, and changing internal and external conditions. Focus is on practical planning tools and methods used to set priorities, evaluate strategic options, implement initiatives, and measure outcomes across different organizational settings.
